EXHIBIT B 7 <br />JOB CLASSiFiCATtON <br />BUlLDING <br />MAINTENANCE <br />RESPONSIBLE TO D!VlSION FOREMAN <br />CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES OF THE CLASSIFICATtON; <br />Employees within this job classification are responsible for maintaining, the physical facilities and <br />appearance of the buildings fio which they are assigned, <br />• Emp(oyees within the job classification Building Maintenance, shall perform normal housekeeping duties <br />such as cleaning floors, windows, yard work, minor repairs to electrical systems, plumbing, and heating <br />systems within the capabilities of the employee. <br />• Employees within the job classification Building Maintenance shall be assigned to maintain one or more <br />buildings with only general supervision, and the employee shali be responsible for the physical <br />appearance, cleanfiness and mechanical operation of the building(s). <br />• Work performed by emp(oyees within the job cfassification Building Maintenance wifl be reviewed for <br />proper perFormance and adequacy of results. <br />• Employses within the job classification Building Maintenance, shall perform other duties as assigned, <br />within the general character and scope of the job duties described,above <br />• Employses sha!l be required to maintain a valid commercial drivers license afi all times. <br />55
