EXHIBIT B-8 CONTINUED MAINTENANCE <br />MECHANIC <br />• Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, should have skill and the ability to work <br />from sketches or blueprints and the ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written <br />instructions. <br />? Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, shall have the ability to maintain <br />effective working relationships with other employees and the general public. <br />• Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, shall be skilled in the use and operation <br />of bench and hand tools; machines and equipment of the mechanical trades. <br />• Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic., shall have a rnechanical aptitude and <br />good general intelligence. <br />• Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, shall have experience in mechanical <br />repair work with machinery, equipment, and apparatus relating to the area of assignment. <br />• Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, shall pertorm other duties as assigned, <br />within the general charaater and scope of the jab duties described within this Exhibit. <br />• Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, shall have experience in mechanical <br />repair work with machinery, equipment and apparatus relating to the area of assignment; graduation <br />from a standard high school or vocational school including or supplemented by approved course work in <br />shop practices or one of the trades. <br />58 <br />?. _ ? . _ W"No" .-
