paramedic Class - Minimum of 2 Hours <br />Training - Minimum of 2 Hours <br />Meetings - Minirnum of 2 Hours <br />Acting Officer -'/z Hour per 8 Hours acting out of rank <br />Rocky River Municipal Court - Minimum of 2 Hours <br />Common Pleas Court - Minimum of 4 Hours <br />Juvenile Court - Minimum of 4 Hours <br />Appearance at a Grand Jury - Minimum of 4 Hours <br />Early Start for Training - Minimum of 1 Hour <br />All Other Overtime - Minimum of 2 Hours <br />10,3 Employees may request payment of Overtime at any time. Employees shall be paid for all <br />Overtime hovrs accumulated in excess of one hundred twenty (120) hours on January 15, Aprii 15, <br />Juty 15, and October 15 each year. <br />10.4 Any cash payment for Overtime shall be paid at the rate of pay at which it was earned after <br />applying Longevity increment appiicable. <br />10.5 Upon retirement or death, an Employee or his estate shall be paid for all accumulated Overtime. <br />10.6 Upon promotion ar change in rank, all accumulated Overtime will be paid at the rate the Overtime <br />was eamed. <br />ARTICLE XI <br />UNIFORM ALLUWANCE <br />11.1 All Employees shatl maintain duty and dress uniforms as mandated by the Rules and Regulations. <br />11.2 All Fire Cadet/Paramedics, immediately upon appointment, shall be provided two (2) duty <br />uniforms, one uniform cap, one (1) universal squad jacket and one (1) white shirt. All clothing <br />provided and/or clothing allowance paid shall be surrendered to the Employer in the event the <br />Employee fails to comptete the probationary period. <br />19
