City of North Olmsted - Part One RFP Background Information 13 <br />IV. Evaluation of Responses <br />The Proposer's written response and Proposer supplied documentation will constitute <br />the primary basis for assessing the merits of a Proposer's offer. Each Proposal will be <br />evaluated using the following criteria: <br />1) Cost 25% <br />2) Satisfaction of system specifications 50% <br />3) Completeness and quality of Proposer's proposal 5°Io <br />4) Qualifications of Proposer's implementation and <br /> and system support staff 10% <br />5) Customer references 10°Io <br /> 100% <br />Each Proposer shall be prepared to provide a demonstration at the North Olmsted City <br />Hall using the hardware systems and software proposed for use by the City which will <br />assist the City in verifying compliance with the specifications contained herein. In <br />addition to this written response and demonstration, the Proposer finalists (Finalist) <br />may be asked to provide a Case Study demonstration of the Finalists software to City <br />management and other project team members. A case study consists of: <br />• Entry of client supplied master file data <br />• Entry of client supplied transaction data and <br />• A demonstration of the system features including screens, <br />reports, procedures, and system performance <br />The focus of the case study is to determine how well the system proposed for use by <br />the City will meet user needs. The study may utilize data from current City accounts. <br />The demonstration should be fully loaded with all components/systems workin j <br />interactive together while various users from all involved departments are keying, <br />processing and interacting as day-to-day, month-end etc., work is done. All expenses <br />related to,demonstrations or case studies are the responsibility of responding <br />Proposers. If a large computer is being proposed a cornparable smaller systern for <br />demonstration purposed may be provided.
