TODD HUNT Todd Hunt, a partner with Walter & Haverfield, is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer and legal counselor on local governinent law and land use issues. He concentrates his practice in municipal/local government law, where he has managed and tried a wide range of civil and administrative cases in both the state and federal systems and has counseled government officials on litigation prevention. Well versed in civil service and public employment law, land use and zoning law, telecommunications/cable law, contract and public bidding law, public records law, civil rights and tort law, he regularly serves as legal counsel to and advises public officials and private citizens in these areas of the law. He is an experienced drafter of legislation, regulatory ordinances and contracts/leases. Mr. Hunt is a frequent lecturer at land use seminars statewide and write articles on public law topics. Mr. Hunt serves as Director of Law for the City of Richmond Heights, Assistant Law Director for the City of Cleveland Heights, Assistant Solicitor for the City of Hudson, and has served in the same capacity with the City of Cleveland, as well as special counsel to several cities, villages and townships in Ohio. He is a member of the American and Ohio Bar Associations, is past president of the Cuyahoga County Law Directors Association and belongs to the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association.
