TODD HUNT <br />Todd Hunt, a partner with Walter & Haverfield, is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer and <br />legal counselor on local governinent law and land use issues. <br />He concentrates his practice in municipal/local government law, where he has managed and tried a <br />wide range of civil and administrative cases in both the state and federal systems and has counseled <br />government officials on litigation prevention. Well versed in civil service and public employment <br />law, land use and zoning law, telecommunications/cable law, contract and public bidding law, public <br />records law, civil rights and tort law, he regularly serves as legal counsel to and advises public <br />officials and private citizens in these areas of the law. He is an experienced drafter of legislation, <br />regulatory ordinances and contracts/leases. Mr. Hunt is a frequent lecturer at land use seminars <br />statewide and write articles on public law topics. <br />Mr. Hunt serves as Director of Law for the City of Richmond Heights, Assistant Law Director for <br />the City of Cleveland Heights, Assistant Solicitor for the City of Hudson, and has served in the same <br />capacity with the City of Cleveland, as well as special counsel to several cities, villages and <br />townships in Ohio.
