<br />(a)Certificates of registration and docal licenses shall expire one year from the
<br />date of issuance and may be renewed during the thirty day period immediatedy
<br />preceding or following the eacpiration date upon payment of the prescribed renewal
<br />fee, provided that no certificate, which has been revoked or is under suspension shall
<br />be renewed and no certificate shall be renewed when there are uncorrected violations
<br />of the Building Code charged on the records to the holder of such certificate.
<br />(b) Renewal applications shall be upon a form designated by the Building
<br />Commissioner and shall, as a condition of renewal, require the applicant to present
<br />current or updated documentation required by Section 1317. 04(e).
<br />1317.09 FIRMS OR CORPORATIONS INSTALLiNG WORK.
<br />(a) No firm or corporation shall do any work or otherwise engage in the business of a
<br />construction contractor, or act in arry capacity for which a license or registration
<br />is required by this Building Code unless at least
<br />one responsible member, officer or employee of such firm or corporation has been
<br />lieensed issued a certificate or obtained a license by this Municipality to make such
<br />installations. All work performed by such firm or corporation shall be under direct
<br />supervision of the lievensed per-se? person so authorized. Revocation or suspension of the
<br />lieense certifrcate of registration or license of such person shall revoke or suspend,
<br />respectively, the right of such firm or corporation to perform or engage in the business
<br />authorized by such lisense certif cate. Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude or
<br />prohibit a corporation or firm from doing business, foldowing the revocation or
<br />suspension of its licensed representative, so long as another individual person
