<br />Ordinance No. 2002-64 <br />Page 2 <br />planner shall not exceed a tatal of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the planning <br />services rendered, and the agreement between the City and the said professional planner <br />shatl be in substantially the forrn of the Agreement which is marked as "Exhibit A" and <br />attached to this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordina.nce is hereby deciared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately so that <br />the City can comply with the final court order to timely rezone Parcel E to a new zoning <br />classification which bears a substantial relation to the public's safety, health and welfare, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of <br />Council, it sha11 take effect and be in force immaiiately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. , , , <br />; <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST.• <br />, <br />?., <br />BARBARA L.
