with the City and do a11 acts necessary in the splitting off of said piece of land from its property at <br />3675 Clague Road, including, but not limited to, signing the necessary subdivision plat or plats. <br />ITEM TWO: Grant of Risht of Entrv Construction Easement <br />As a further term and condition of this Agreement, Seller agrees to grant Purchaser a <br />temporary Right-of-Entry construction Easement in substantially the form as the attached <br />Easement Agreement marked as Exhibit "C" and consisting of a one-page agreement and a one- <br />page map. <br />ITEM T'HREE: Purchase Price: Additional Obligations <br />The purchase price for the real property described in ITEM ONE and the easement <br />granted in ITEM TWO shall be FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5,600.00). <br />In addition to the purchase money to be paid in connection with this transaction, <br />Purchaser agrees that it shall provide the following consideration to Seller: <br />1. Purchaser shall repair and/or restore Seller's fencing and landscaping, and any other <br />property of Seller, including, without limitation, Seller's signage removed and/or <br />damaged during, or as a result of, the road widening project; and <br />2. Purchaser shall, at its cost, widen the apron of the drive within the right-of-way in <br />order to accommodate two lanes of traffic exiting from Seller's property and one lane <br />of traffic entering Seller's property. It is Purchaser's understanding that Seller sha11, in <br />conjunction with the widening of the said apron, widen, at its cost, the drive upon its <br />private property. <br />IT'EM FOUR: Pavment of the Purchase Price <br />The purchase price described in ITEM THREE shall be paid as follows: <br />2
