<br />Ordinance No. 2008 -17 <br />attached to this Ordinance as Exhibits A, B and C, and incorporated herein by reference as if <br />fully restated herein, be amended, and, as amended, shall read in their entirety as set forth in the <br />documents attached to this Ordinance as Exhibits D, E and F, all incorporated herein by <br />reference as if fully restated herein. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a <br />Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted and Section 1127.03 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code. <br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as amended <br />and supplemented from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4: That the original Sections 1139.01, 1145.01 and 1145.03 of the Zoning <br />Code amended herein are expressly repealed, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or <br />resolutions that are inconsistent or in conflict with the newly amended sections are likewise <br />repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict only. <br />SECTION 5: That, if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or <br />part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or <br />inoperative, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall <br />be confined in its operation to the section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or <br />part thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been <br />rendered. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after *.he <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />, <br />? . <br />PASSED: <br />i <br />FirstReading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />ATTST.• <br />???{_ ?`-6?'t?l. `? . ?F_ ?,.1 %l-?,..y?-.• <br />l <br />?
