<br />E. The sale of food and beverages of all kinds including sale for
<br /> consumption on the premises, provided, however, no
<br /> establishment engaged in the business of selling spirituous,
<br /> vinous or malt beverages shall be located nearer than 500 feet
<br /> from the lot occupied by an existing church, public or private
<br /> school, playground, park, library or public building;
<br />F. The retail sale of general merchandise including sales in a
<br /> department store;
<br />G. The retail sale of apparel of all kinds;
<br />H. The retail sale of furniture, china, floor coverings and
<br /> household goods;
<br />I. Automobile supply stores, automobile showrooms and lots for
<br /> the sale of new motor vehicles; in addition, show rooms and lots
<br /> for the sale of used cars are permitted accessory uses in this
<br /> district, provided that such accessory uses shall be located either
<br /> on a parcel of land upon which is located an existing automobile
<br /> show room and lot for the sale of new motor vehicles, or upon
<br /> a parcel of land which is physically contiguous to a parcel of
<br /> land containing an existing automobile show room and lot for
<br /> the sale of new motor vehicles;
<br />J. The retail sale of motor vehicle fuel provided that no alcoholic
<br /> beverages are dispensed or sold on the same lot; and
<br />K. The retail sale of pet supplies and domestic animals, such as
<br /> dogs, cats, fish, birds, and reptiles, excluding exotic animals
<br /> and farm animals, provided that animal noise and odor must be
<br /> effectively confined to any such building so used.
<br />L. The retail sale of other goods and merchandise as determined
<br /> similar in accordance with the provisions of Section 1123.10.
<br />(4) Service establishments. Including:
<br />A. Business offices for:
<br /> l. Real estate, insurance, financial, sales and other
<br /> business purposes; and
<br /> 2. Offices for architects, clergymen, engineers, lawyers,
<br /> dentists, doctors or other established recognized
<br /> professionals.
<br />B. Mortuaries, crematoriums and funeral homes.
<br />C. Printing shops and graphic arts facilities.
<br />D. Dance, voice and music studios.
<br />E. Barber shops, beauty shops, custom tailors, laundry or dry
<br /> cleaning agencies, self-service laundries and dry cleaning and
<br /> shoe repair shops.
<br />F. Research and testing laboratories; radio and television stations;
<br /> telephone exchanges; pay stations and transformer stations.
<br />G. Animal hospitals/clinics and animal grooming facilities,
<br /> provided that animal noise and odor must be effectively
<br /> confined to any such building so used.
<br />H. Hotels and motels.
<br />1. Banks, loan and finance companies, and other financial
<br /> institutions.
