AIZTICLE 8 <br />LONGEVITY PAY <br />8.01 All employees hired prior to December 31, 1994, shall receive additional compensation, <br />such addition compensation is a follows: <br />$ 250.00 After employee completes five (5) years <br />$ 500.00 After employee completes ten (10) years <br />$ 750.00 After employee completes fifteen (15) years <br />$1000.00 After employee completes twenty (20) years <br />For the purpose of computing the length of full-time service, for the purpose of <br />calculating additional compensation; no service credit shall be given for part-time or full-time <br />service outside of this bargaining unit. [Current members Hardy/.lollnson are grandfathered in] <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />HOLIDAYS <br />9.01 All employees shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be <br />required to wark on these holidays, unless scheduled to wark by the Chief of Police. In the event <br />the bargaining unit member either works or was not scheduled to work for reasons other than <br />holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then the bargaining unit member shall receive <br />another day off from work for reasons other than holiday leave.
