<br />Ordinance No. 2008-56 <br />K. The retail sale of pet supplies and domestic animals, <br /> such as dogs, cats, fish, birds, and reptiles, excluding <br /> exotic animals and farm animals, provided that animal <br /> noise and odor must be effectively confined to any such <br /> building so used; and <br />L. The retail sale of other gouds and merchandise as <br /> determined similar in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Section 1123.10. <br />(4) Service establishments. Including: <br />A. Business offices for: <br /> 1. Real estate, insurance, financial, sales and other <br /> business purposes; and <br /> 2. Offices for architects, clergymen, engineers, <br /> lawyers, dentists, doctors or other established <br /> recognized professionals. <br />B. Mortuaries, crematoriums and funeral homes. <br />C. Printing shops and graphic arts facilities. <br />D. Dance, voice and music studios. <br />E. Barber shops, beauty shops, custom tailors, laundry or <br /> dry cleaning agencies, self-service laundries and dry <br /> cleaning and shoe repair shops. <br />F. Research and testing laboratories; radio and television <br /> stations; telephone exchanges; pay stations and <br /> transformer stations. <br />G. Animal hospitals/clinics and animal grooming <br /> facilities, provided that animal noise and odor must be <br /> effectively confined to any such building so used. <br />H. Hotels and motels. <br />1. Banks, loan and finance companies, and other financial <br /> institutions. <br />J. Gasoline service stations and automobile wash, <br /> provided that no part of the lot upon which the same is <br /> located is within 500 feet of any lot occupied by an <br /> existing church, public or private school, playground, <br /> park, library, public building or building of institutional <br /> occupancy, except where the distance is intersected by <br /> a street at least sixty feet kn width and no alcoholic <br /> beverages are dispensed nr sold on the same lot. <br />K. Bowling alleys, dance halls, pool and billiard parlors, <br /> skating rinks, indoor theatres, assembly halls or other <br /> sport or recreation centers, provided the buildings in <br /> which they operate are sufficiently sound insulated to <br /> confine effectively the noise to within the building so <br /> used. <br />L. Accessory uses customari.ly incident to a primary use <br /> described in this section, including offstreet parking as <br /> regulated in Chapter 1161 and signs as regulated in <br /> Chapter 1163. <br />M. Any and all uses permitted in Chapter 1138 subject to <br /> the provisions stated therein. <br />(c) Other retail service establishments as determined similar in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 1123.10.
