ARTICLE II <br />PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />11.1 The Chief of Police shall establish a probationary period for all new <br />employees. <br />The probationary period of twelve (12) months begins at the date of hire. <br />PROBATIONARY PERIOD NOTIFICATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT <br />1, have <br />been advised that the Probationary Period of the North Olmsted Police <br />Department is for a period of twelve (12) months and that during this <br />Probationary Period, I have no rights to disciplinary procedures and/or <br />representation under FOP LABOR CONTRACT.
