Servicc undcr the selected Supptier(s) shall <br />begin at the start of the billing pcriod following transfcr. Service starts that do not match the <br />billing cycle may bc requestcd by a consumer, but may incur additional charges from the locat <br />distribution company. <br />2.4.3 New Individua[ Customers <br />Bligible customers wha relocate to a NOPEC membec community shall be included in the <br />Aggregation Progracn, sub}ect to thcir vpportunity to opt-out. Ntw custoc:zers shall be infocmed <br />of this opt-aut dppartunity by First Energy whan thcy sigi-up far new service. First Energy shall <br />notify the selected Supplier(s) of the new requcst for sarvice, and the selected Supplier(s) shall <br />pravide standard opt-out notification materials to the ncw custorner. <br />4
