EliKible customers on all bilting cycles will be enrotlcd witb the selecteci Supplier(s) consistcnt with the beginning of a ntw billing cycle. Servicc undcr the selected Supptier(s) shall begin at the start of the billing pcriod following transfcr. Service starts that do not match the billing cycle may bc requestcd by a consumer, but may incur additional charges from the locat distribution company. 2.4.3 New Individua[ Customers Bligible customers wha relocate to a NOPEC membec community shall be included in the Aggregation Progracn, sub}ect to thcir vpportunity to opt-out. Ntw custoc:zers shall be infocmed of this opt-aut dppartunity by First Energy whan thcy sigi-up far new service. First Energy shall notify the selected Supplier(s) of the new requcst for sarvice, and the selected Supplier(s) shall pravide standard opt-out notification materials to the ncw custorner. 4
