Section 19.05 A fult-time employee may use sick leave to attend the funeral of a half-brother, half- <br />sister, brother-in-law or sister-in-law, for a maximum of three (3) days. <br />ARTICLE 20 <br />NRY DUTY <br />Section 20.01 Any employee who is called for jury duty, on an assigned work day, either for <br />Federal, County or Municipal, shall be paid his regular rate. Time spent on jury duty shall be <br />included when calculating the amount of completed service of an employee. Jury duty will not be <br />computed into overtime. <br />Section 20.02 Employee's will sign over to the Employer all compensation received for said <br />jury duty, which covers scheduled work days, prior to receiving credit or payment in accordance <br />with Section 20.01. <br />ARTICLE 21 <br />MILITARY TRAINING DUTY PAY <br />Section 21.01 An Employee shall be granted a leave of absence and pay for military duty under <br />the terms and conditions provided in applicable State and Federal Law. <br />ARTICLE 22 <br />UNIFORMS AND ALLOWANCES <br />Section 22.01 The employer shall establish a uniform dress code for all full-time bus operators. In <br />consideration of that dress code, the employer agrees to pay the following allowance to each bus <br />operator and dispatcher/driver in the following amount as a Clothing and Cleaning Allowance. <br />Bus Operator Clothing/Cleanin[z allowance: <br />Effective January 1, 2001 the employer will pay $550.00 <br />Effective January l, 2002 the employer will pay $550.00 <br />Effective January 1, 2003 the employer will pay $550.00 <br />This payment to full-time bus operators and dispatcher/drivers will be paid one-half (%z) in the <br />month of January and one-half ('/2) in the month of July. Employees receiving a clothing/cleaning <br />allowance will be subject to the uniform dress code regulations published by the Employer: Failure <br />of an employee to comply with the uniform dress code shall be subject to disciplinary action by the <br />employer. Bus Operators receiving payment in accordance with this Article shall also be subject to <br />the terms and conditions contained in Sections 22.05 and 22.06 of this Article. <br />Section 22.02 The Employer shall furnish a clean uniform to full-time mechanics, material <br />handlers, equipment servicers, and hostlers on the basis of five (5) clean uniforms each work week. <br />Employees covered by this section shall be required to wear such Employer provided uniform during <br />working hours. All uniforms provided by the Employer in accordance with this section shall be <br />returned to the Employer upon termination of employment. <br />i7 <br />
