Coordination with utility owners: Early coordination with utilities will help address <br />potential conflicts during the design period, and not during construction when delays <br />and unresolved issues can significantly increase construction costs. We have worked <br />on numerous projects requiring this type of coordination, and we have developed <br />reliable contacts with utilities while obtaining a solid understanding of local <br />conditions and requirements. <br />8.
