Twenry-eight (28) working days after issuance of a notice to proceed by the City - <br />submittal of the Yard Piping and Tunnel A plan view design drawings for each <br />piping phase in the initial services showing the follgwing: <br />a) the new 6" ? DI Centrate Line between the two possible dewatering centrifuges <br />and the Secondary Retum Well; <br />b) the two new 2" ? DI Centrifuge Sludge Feed Lines between two complete <br />dewatering centrifuge systerns and the future Dewatering Centrifuge Sludge Feed <br />Pumps; and <br />c) a new 2" ? PVC Centrifuge Sludge Feed Pumping Insmunentation and Control <br />conduit between two possible dewatering centrifuge control panels to be mounted <br />on the east wall of the SLB and the existing conduits ahead of the variable <br />frequency drive for each of the two exisring Thermal Conditioning Sludge Feed <br />Pumps. <br />8. Sixty (60) working da.qs after issuance of a purchase order by the City - submittal of <br />preliminary plan, profile and detail drawings required under the final services for <br />work inside the SLB. <br />9. Sixty-eight (68) working days after issuance of a purchase order by the City - <br />submittal of fmal plan, profile and detail drawings required under the fmal services <br />for work inside the SLB and return of the complete copy of the technical specifica- <br />tions for 1993 State Issue 2 WWTP Improvements. <br />Required Format and Content of the Technical and Cost Proposal <br />The Technical Proposal shall be outlined as follows and shall include the following clearly <br />delineated sections: <br />l. Project Understanding which includes detailed nazrative of the overall understandi.ng <br />of the project and the importance each task to the other tasks and the Project <br />Schedule; <br />2. Project Approach which includes a detailed narrative of each task and its subtasks <br />and the relationship of each task to the other tasks; <br />3. Scope of Services based on the tasks which are proposed to be completed; <br />4. A preliminary list of drawings on which the Technical Proposal is based; <br />5.
