Historical EYperiences that demonstrate the corporate experiences with similar <br />projects and similar experiences of the identified key project personnel; <br />7. Project Schedule which uses a bar chart schedule for completion of each proposed <br />subtasks: and <br />8. Direct Labor Hour Esrimates using a table prepared following a format similar to the <br />fonnat presented in Attachment 7 to show the estimated direct labor hours of each <br />project labor category expected to be needed for completion of e3ch project subtask <br />included in the Technical Proposal. <br />The Cost Proposal sha11 contain: <br />Project Hours and Cost Estimate using a table prepared following a format similar to <br />the format presented in Attachment 8 to show the estimated direct labor hours, <br />associated indirect costs and reimburseable project costs of each project labor <br />category needed for completion of the scope of work for each project subtask <br />included in the Technical Proposal; and <br />2. Identification of the fixed fee for each subtask. <br />As part of the preparation of the Technical and Cost Proposal, each proposer will be <br />required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting. The mandatory pre-proposal <br />offers meeting will be held at the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatinent Plant at 23775 <br />Mastick Road on May 23, 2000 at 9:00 a.m. A portion of the meeti.ng will include a tour of <br />the WWTP work areas for the 2000 Dewatering Centrifuge Project. Failure to attend the <br />pre-proposal meeting will cause a proposer to be determined to be non-responsive. <br />Review of Submitted Technical and Cost Proposais <br />Each received, responsive Technical and Cost Proposal will be evaluated and ranked by a <br />selection committee of five City employees designated by the Service Director using the <br />following criteria: <br />1. Proj ect familiarity and knowledge as evidenced by the depth of the Proj ect <br />Understanding nanative, the Project Approach nanative, the Scope of Services <br />narrative and the completeness of the Preliminary Drawing List: 50% <br />2. Demonstrated Experience of the Proposed Key Project Personnel: 20% <br />3. Professional's Demonstrated Past Perforn7ance on Similar Projects: 15% <br />4. Total Amount of Cost Proposal: 15% <br />
