Collected and summarized on-site data, ranked and prioritized odor sources, and recommended preliminary odor mitigation steps. • Prepared a facility plan to upgrade a 0.28-mgd wastewater treatment plant and developed an interim plan for disinfection dechlorination improvements for Prescott, Wisconsin. • Preparation a facility plan alternate design and cost analysis of alternates to eliminate bypasses at the 1.2-mgd wastewater treatment plant in the city of Two Harbors, Minnesota. • Managed the addition of a chlorine tank, dechlorination building, and dechlorination equipment at the 7-mgd wastewater treatment facility in North Olmsted, Ohio. • Managed the design and construction of the 24-mgd advanced wastewater treatment expansion in Muncie, Indiana. • Participated in the 27-mgd advanced wastewater treatment plant expansion in Anderson, Indiana, which involved adding a blower building and wet air oxidation and sludge dewatering facilities. • Designed improvement projects for wastewater treatment plants and interceptor sewers for the cities of Rushville and Seymour, Indiana. Wastewater Collection • Managed the preliminary and final design for the rehabilitation of a 22-mgd submersible pump and a new 50-mgd wet-weather pump at the Scott Street pump station in Houston, Texas. Designed both open-cut and caisson construction options, as well as odor control facilities to feed ferrous sulfate to the pump station wet well and to drain the wet-weather force main when not in use. • Participated in the design and construction of a 8.5-mile interceptor in Anderson, Indiana, which involved special structures, highway and railroad tunnels, creek crossings, and a wide variety of soil and groundwater conditions. • Served as project manager for advanced facility planning and plans and specifications for the 30- foot-deep, 16-mgd Crreenfield park pump station, including 2,000 feet of 24-inch force main for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District in Wisconsin. • Managed a walk-through inspection, facility evaluation, and plans and specifications for the rehabilitation of 9,500 feet of 5- to 6-foot-diameter brick and segmental tile interceptor sewer, a 30-mgd temporary pumping station, and 8,600 feet of 30-inch force main for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland, Ohio. • Managed the renovation of the 6.5-mgd Dille Road, 7.2-mgd Division Avenue, and 3.2-mgd Jennings Road sewage pump stations and construction of a 1,700-square-foot service garage at the Jennings Road station for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland, Ohio. • Managed sewer system evaluation surveys for 960,000 feet of sewer in the Belvoir study area in six suburbs and 460,000 feet of sewer in the Strongsville area of two suburbs of Cleveland. Oversaw mapping, flow monitoring, rainfall simulation, sewer cleaning and televising, and cost-effective analysis for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District.
