t?.k .. <br />Project Personnel 5-16 <br />• Supervised scheduling activities for the permitting, design, and construction phases of the Costa <br />( Isabela ResoR in Puerto Rico, including five luxury hotels, 700 housing units, six golf courses, <br />and the resort's infrastructure. <br />• Completed a$140 million estimate using the new computerized system for the U.S. Air Force's <br />DYE site projects in northern Canada. <br />• Participated in a value engineering study for a hazardous waste project in the state of Washington. <br />• Managed Metcalf & Eddy's scheduling and estimating department. <br />? Served as construction manager for the Royal Saudi Air Force PMAS F-15 project. Served as <br />lead scheduler responsible for scheduling and estimating construction at the King Faisal air base <br />in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Also served as chief estimator and cost accountant for all PMAS <br />projects, working in conjunction with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. <br />• Served as mechanical designer for pipe stress analysis using the Mcauto pipeline computer <br />program. <br />• Served as lead designer responsible for equipment arrangement and layout and process piping <br />design for American Cyanamid Company's industrial waste treatment facilities. Developed <br />concepts for carbon reactivation system, multimedia filtration system, and tank farm piping <br />development with yard piping and supports. <br />• Served as lead designer for ARAMCO waste treatment facility project in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, <br />including all piping for process building, aeration system, detritor, and related piping system. <br />• Served as lead design engineer for wastewater treatment plants in Warren, Rhode Island; <br />Wareham, Massachusetts; and Scituate, Massachusetts. Provided the mechanical design of each <br />plant, including process piping; equipment; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; and <br />plumbing. Evaluated and designed belt filter presses for the Wareham and Scituate facilities. <br />• Designed piping for the New York Electric and Gas Somerset nuclear project. Prepared <br />preliminary drawings for the system flow, piping diagrams, pipe design drawings, and equipment <br />location plans for the turbine building. <br />•???.????? _
