All applications shall further be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee as per the schedule of <br />fees adopted by Council. <br />1161.12 ILLUNIINATION OF PARKING AREAS. <br />Pazking axeas shall be thoroughly illuminated whenever determined necessary by the Planning <br />Commission to protect the public safety. Such illumination shall be so designed and located that <br />iight sources are shielded from adjoining residential districts and streets, and shall not be of <br />excessive brightness or cause a glare hazardous to pedestrian or motor vehicles." <br />Be amended, and, as amended, sha11 read in their entirety as follows: <br />"1126.02 DRAWIlNGS, ETC. TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION. <br />Applications for building permits required under Seetion 1126.01 shall be accompanied by <br />such drawings, sketches, plans, including landscaping plans, renderings, photographs, material <br />samples, and other items as sha11 be reasonably required by rule of the Building Official in order to <br />determine a proposal's compliance with the Zoning Code and all other applica.ble codes of the City. <br />In addition, all such applications shall be accompanied by a separate eaterior lighting plan which <br />shall be prepared by persons competent to do so, concluding that the proposed exterior lighting <br />system complies with the standazds set forth in Section 1161.12 (Illumination of Parking Areas) of <br />this Zoning Code and in Section 556.02 (Lighting Nuisance 5tandards) of the General Offenses <br />Code and shall include the following: <br />1)10' x 10' illuminance grid (point-by-point) plot of maintained foot-candles, <br />carried out to 0.0 foot-candles, which demonstrates compliance with the light trespass, <br />intensity and uniformity requirements as set forth in this Ordinance. The maintenance <br />(light-loss) factor used in calculating the illuminance levels shall be documented on the <br />plan. <br />2) Description of the proposed equipment, including fiature catalog cuts, <br />p6otometrics, glare reduction devices, lamps, on/off control devices, mounting heights, pole <br />foundation details and mounting methods. A pole foundation detail is to be provided on <br />the plan. <br />3) All lighting plans shall inctude all eaterior lig6ting, soffit lighting, canopy <br />lighting, illumination for aIl eaits, signs, architectural illumination of the structure and or <br />landscaping and any interior lighting that eatends outside the footprint of the building. <br />4) Eaisting grade elevations of all abutting properties within 150 feet of the <br />proposed deveiopment. <br />
