ARTICLE VI <br />RULES. REGULATIONS. AND ORDERC <br />6.1 The Association agrees that its members shall comply with all Fire L?epariment niles. regulations <br />and orders, including those relating to conduct and work performance. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE <br />7.1 Any Employee shall have the right to present a Grievance in accordance NN1tii t4te procedure <br />provided herein, free from any interference, coercion, restrain? discrinunation or reprisaL It is the <br />intent and purpose of the parlies to tlus Agreement that ail grievances shall be settled at the lowest <br />possibie step of this procedure. <br />7.2 The following procedures shall applr to lhe administration of alI grievanccs filed under lhis <br />Ariicle. <br />A. When any of [he aforementioned Grievance conditions arise, thc followin ; procedures <br />shall be strictly observed: <br />Ail Grievances shall be typeNNTitten and filed on an Official Grievance i'orm. An Offcial <br />Gnevance Form shall be provided to the Employee by the Association mid slsall contain <br />the following informatian at the time die Grievance is presented: <br />The date the Grievance occurred. <br />The time the Grievance occurred. <br />A detailed descriprion of the incident giving rise to the Grievance. <br />Article and Sections of the Ageement involved or past ptactice. <br />Relief requested.
