<br />Resolution No. 2003-46 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, of <br />this City and for the further reason that this Resolution is required to be immediately effective <br />so that the City's Building Department does not lose its State certification and may legally <br />review plans submitted for commercial structures in the City, when the City's primary plans <br />examiner is not available or is conflicted; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of a11 members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 5'; First Reading: ? /S 3 <br />Second Reading: <br />ThirdReading: <br />Committee: <br />ATWT.• <br />iBARBARA L.
