, <br />Project Engineer: Tobacco Row Streetscape Improvements, City of Richmond, <br />Virginia. The work consisted of reconstruction and widening of East Cary Street, <br />improvements to East Main and East Franklin Streets, and north-south streets from <br />21st to 26th Street and relocation of Dock Street. The design also included the <br />necessary inlets, catch basins and drainage facilities, utility rearrangements, <br />handicapped access ramps, skid resistance pavement, specifications and cost estimates. <br />Project Manager: Ohio I-480, Cleveland Urban Section. Responsibilities included <br />project management, coordination with various sub-consultants and technical <br />assistance to project assigned staff.
