Section 4. The employer reserves the right to establish all plans, enroiiment <br />periods and regulations. <br />Section 5. The employer shall make an earnest effort to establish a committee <br />consisting of one (1) representative from each of the City bargaining units, if they chose <br />to be represented and a minimum of one (1) representative of the employer. The <br />bargaining units role as a participant in the aforementioned committee shatl be advisory. <br />Section 6. All changes affecting the plan coverage's co-payment, deductibles, <br />providers enrollment periods and regulations will be shared with the bargaining unit prior <br />to making such changes. <br />Section 7. It is further agreed that if any bargaining unit employed by the City of <br />North Olmsted, in negotiations held subsequent to this Agreement and for the same <br />time period covered under this Agreement, negotiates to conclusion a lower percentage <br />of employee contribution to the Health Insurance Plan, the lower percentage shall apply <br />to the unit covered under this Agreement. Said lower percentage shall commence <br />under this Agreement at the time that it is agreed upon by another unit, and shall <br />continue for the remaining years covered under this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 26 - JURY OR WITNESS PAY <br />Section 1. An employee called for jury duty shall be granted a leave of absence <br />for the period of jury service and will be compensated at full pay for absences <br />necessarily caused by the jury duty. An employee who is required to be absent from <br />scheduled work to serve as a witness called by a party in litigation will be paid for time <br />lost from scheduled straight time work. An employee who is called as a witness due to <br />his part-time employment in the area of public or private la`v enforcement shall not <br />}= receive witness pay from the City. <br />. <br />4 <br />32 <br />
