Section 4. Paychecks will normaliy be available on Friday noon for employees <br />who are not scheduled to work Friday or who have completed their work at that time; <br />and at the end of the day shift for other employees. The paychecks for employees of <br />the Waste Water Treatment Plant ending their scheduled week at 7:00 A.M. on Friday <br />will be available at 7:00 A.M. In the event of a shortage in an employee paycheck that <br />exceeds $25.00, such shortage shall be paid within 48 working hours after notice of <br />such shortage is made to supervisor. <br />ARTICLE 36 - PREMIUM PAY <br />Section 1. Effective July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996, the night shift premium <br />for the Service Department shall be forty-five ($.45) and the rotating shift premium for <br />the Waste Water Treatment Plant shall be forty-five cents ($.45). The rotating shift <br />premium shall continue to be paid for all hours worked by employees on a rotating shift. <br />Section 2. Effective July 1, 1996, through the duration of this Agreement, the <br />night shift premium for the Service Department shall be fifty cents ($.50) and the rotating <br />shift premium for the Waste Water Treatment Plant shall be fifty cents ($.50). The <br />rotating shift premium shall continue to be paid for all hours worked by employees on a <br />rotating shift. <br />Section 3. Employee's within the Service Department or employee's as assigned <br />within other departments, shall receive a premium of two ($2.00) dollar per hour for all <br />hours assigned by management and actually perform duties and functions of an "acting <br />foreman" All such employee's that have been assigned by management to function as <br />an "acting foreman" shall be required to perform all duties and functions of a"Foreman" <br />including the application and use of independent judgment.
