ARTICLE 40 - BOOT ALLOWANCE/TOOL ALLOWANCE & INSURANCE <br />Section 1. All bargaining unit empioyees shall receive a boot allowance in the <br />amount listed below each year of this agreement. <br />1995 - One - hundred seventy-five ($175.00) dollars. <br />1996 - Two - hundred doliars ($200.00) dollars. <br />1997 - Two - hundred dollars ($200.00) dollars. <br />The aforementioned boot allowance amounts shall be paid during the first pay period <br />after July 1 st each year of this agreement. The allowance for the 1995, boot allowance <br />shall be paid during the first pay period following the execution ofi this agreement. <br />Section 2. All mechanics shall receive a tool allowance in the amount <br />listed below each year of this agreement. <br />1995 - One - hundred fifty ($150.00) dollars. <br />1996 - Two - hundred dollars ($200.00) dollars. <br />1997 - Two - hundred dollars ($200.00) dollars. <br />The aforementioned tool allowance shall be paid at the same time as the boot ailowance <br />cited in Section 1, above. <br />Section 3. The employer shall pay the cosi to fully insure the tools of all <br />Mechanic's and Mechanic Helper's and at the Waste Water Treatment Plant, tools <br />owned by all Maintenance Mechanic's. The City shall only be obligated to implement <br />the provisions of this Section upon receipt of the following required information within <br />ninety (90) days following the execution of this agreement: <br />1. Video footage shovving all tools ef each eligible employee; <br />2. Detailed inventory describing each tool; <br />001. 3.
