ARTICLE 41 - INCLEMENT WEATHER <br />Section 1. During periods of inclement weather; the City will attempt to schedule <br />work that does not require extensive exposure to the elements. Inclement weather is <br />defined to mean air temperature in excess of 100 degrees and air temperature below <br />zero degrees. During an "emergency" as defined within Article 11, Section 1, of this <br />agreement, the provisions of Article 41, shall not be applicable. <br />ARTICLE 42 - FUNERAL LEAVE <br />Section 1. A full-time employee shall be granted a three (3) day leave of <br />absence with pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member. <br />Section 2. A full-time employee shall be granted a five (5) day leave of absence <br />with pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member who resides outside <br />the state of Ohio. <br />Section 3. Immediate family shall include, spouse, children, father, mother, <br />brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, muther-in-law, father-in-law and <br />grandparents. <br />Section 4. In the event of a death of any other relative not listed above an <br />employee shall use his accumulated sick leave. <br />ARTICLE 43 - COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE <br />Section 1. Employees in classifications which required a commercial driver's <br />license (CDL) as of July 18, 1992 shall be required to maintain a CDL. Employees <br />transferring into or promoting into these classifications shall have ninety (90) days to <br />obtain a CDL. <br />Section 2. The employer shall pay the cost of the commerciai driver's license, <br />any endorsements to that license, and any testing necessary to obtain it for all new <br />42 <br />
