BOOKKEEPER A <br />Effective July 1, 1995 the following base rate of pay shaif be paid providing the year(s) of full- <br />time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $14.33 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $13.72 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $13.13 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $12.56 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $12.02 per hour <br />Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After July 1, 1995----------------------- $11.50 per hour <br />Effective January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996, the following base rate of pay shall <br />be paid providing the year (s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $14.83 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $14.20 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $13.59 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $13.00 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $12.44 per hour <br />Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1996----------------------- $11.90 per hour <br />Effective January 1, 1997 through the duration of the agreement, the following base rate <br />of pay shall be paid providing the year (s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $15.27 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $14.63 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $14.00 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $13.40 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $12.81 per hour <br />EmploYees starting ------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1997----------------------- . $12.26 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 1995, employee's that have been promoted to the classification Bookkeeper A after <br />July 1, 1995, shall be eligible to move to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) <br />continuous year of service within this classification. <br />Appendix A - 9 <br /> <br />47 <br />
