10', 4w; BOOKKEEPER B Effective July '!, 1995 the follawing base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year(s) of full- time service requirement is met: Employse having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $11.64 per hour Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $11.14 per hour Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $10.66 per hour Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $10.20 per hour Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $ 9.76 per hour Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After July 1, 1995----------------------- $ 9.34 per hour Effective January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996, the foilowing base rate of pay shail be paid providing the year (s) of full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $12.05 per hour Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $11.53 per hour Employee having completed three (3) year(s) ar more service by June 30, 1996 $11.03 per hour Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $10.56 per hour Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $10.10 per hour Empioyees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1996---- ------------------- $ 9.67 per hour Effective January 1, 1997 through the duration of the agreement, the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing #he year (s) of ful!-time service requirement is met: Empioyee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $12.41 per hour Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $11.88 per hour Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $11.36 per hour Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $10.88 per hour Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $10.40 per hour Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1997---------------------- $ 9.96 per hour Effective July 1, 1995, employee's that have been promoted to the classification Bookkeeper 8 after Ju1y 1, 1995, shall be eligible to move to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) con#inuous year of service within this classification.
