A3l paid leave or ather paxd ta.me sha31 <br />caunt as time warked in the calculation of ovextime. <br />SECTION 2: On January 15, April 15, 3uly 15, and Octaber 15 <br />of each year, each member of the bargaining unit shall be paid <br />for aiI overtixne hcaurs accumulated in excess of eighty (80) haurs <br />of the thxee (3) calendar month period immediately priar to the <br />above date of January 15, April 15, JuJ.y 15, and October 15. Any <br />payment as set fvrth above shall be paid at the rate of pay <br />applicable to each employee aacording to his Police Department <br />c3assitication, and payments shall incJ.ude longevity earned. <br />SEGTION 3: Any employee who quaZifXes far aveXtime by vxrtue <br />of the provisions of Sectian 2 hereof shall be paid a minimum of <br />two (z) hours, a.t ovextime x'ate, when required ta report for <br />extra duty over and above his regular work daX and work week. <br />SECTION 4: An enplayee who is required ta be absent fram <br />scheduled wark ta serve as a witness called bX a paxty in a GXty <br />or jvb--related 2itigation will be paid fax time Iost frozn <br />schedu7.ed straight time wor3c.
