TO 7775809 P. 1C.4 <br />ARTICLE Z7.: <br />HOLTDAYS <br />SECTION 1: Al1 full-time employee shall reoeive the followinq <br />paid holidays: <br />New Year's Day Thanksgivxng Day <br />President's Day Veteran's Day <br />Easter Christmas Day <br />Memorial Day Employee's Birthday <br />Indegendence Day Employee's Persottal Day <br />Labar Day Good Friday <br />SEC'.£ION 2: A1l full-time employees shall be- entitled to the <br />holidaXs listed in Section 1 during the year and shall not be <br />required to work pn these holidays, unless schedu3.ed to work by <br />the Chief of police. In the event the employee either works or <br />was not scheduled ta work for reasons other than holiday leave on <br />one of the above listed holidays, then the employee shall receive <br />another day off from waxk to replace the holiday he warked ax was <br />not required to wark for reasons other than haliday leave. <br />SECTION 3: Each emplayee shall receive an addxtional four (4) <br />hours straight-time pay if required to work eight (8) houxs or <br />mare on the above designated holidays (except far Empl.oyee's <br />Birt2xday and "Persnnal" day), ox receive time aff in lieu thereof <br />as approved by the chief Qf Police. , <br />1G <br />?,?,. ?.....
