I?W Section 23.02. All full-time employees of the Transit Department shall be entitled to vacation <br />time as follow s, effective January 1, 1992: <br />(A) Full time employees who have completed one full year of employment are <br /> entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the second <br /> year of employment. <br />(B) Fuil time employees who have completed two full years of employment are <br /> entitled to two weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the third year <br /> of employment. <br />(C) Full time employees who have completed three full years of employment are <br /> entitled to two weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the fourth <br /> year of employment. <br />(D) Full time employees who have completed four full years of employment are <br /> entitled to two weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the fifth year <br /> of employment. <br />(E) Full time employees who have completed five full years of employment are <br /> entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the sixth year <br /> of employment. <br />(F) Full time employees who have completed six full yeazs of employment are <br /> entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the seventh <br /> year of employment. <br />(G) Full time employees who have completed seven full years of employment are <br /> entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the eighth <br /> year of employment. <br />(H) Full time employees who have completed eight full years of employment are <br /> entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during.the ninth <br /> year of employment. <br />(I) Full time employees who have completed nine full years of employment are <br /> entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the tenth <br /> year of employment. <br />(J) Full time employees who have completed ten full years of employment are <br /> entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the eleventh <br /> year of employment. <br />(K) Full time employees who have completed eleven full years of employment are <br /> entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the twelfth <br /> year of employment. <br />(L) Full time employees who have completed twelve full years of empioyment are <br /> entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the thirteenth <br /> year of employment <br />(M) Full time employees who have completed thirteen full years of employment are <br /> entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the fourteenth <br /> year of employment. <br />(N) Full time employees who have completed fourteen full years of employment are <br /> entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the fifteenth <br /> year of employment <br />(0) Full time employees who have completed fifteen full years of employment are <br /> entitled to five weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the sixteenth <br /> year of employment. <br />(P) Full time employees who have completed sixteen full years of employment are <br /> entitled to five weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the seventeenth <br /> year of employment. <br />is <br />.....,:, ., ,
