ARTICLE XII <br />CLOTHING ALLOWANCE <br />12.1 Effective January 1, 1995, all full-time bargaining unit members shall receive a <br />clothing allowance as follows: <br />1995 - $325.00 <br />1996 - $350.00 <br />1997 - $375.00 <br />The aforementioned clothing allowance sha11 be payable with the first regular <br />check in January of each year; in a separate check. <br />12.2 The employer shall provide uniforms to all part-time employees. <br />12.3 All full-time and part-time employees sha11 return all uniforms to the employer <br />upon leaving employment. <br />ARTICLE XIII <br />SICK LEAVE <br />13.1 Sick leave shall be accumulated in accordance with Section 161.01 of the <br />Codified Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted. <br />13.2 In the event that a full-time bargaining unit member(s) should be injured while in <br />the line of duty due to a sudden and accidental occurrence, and such injury has so <br />incapacitated said member; that he is temporarily unable to work, then the Director of <br />Public Safety, after determining that said injury is work-related and is of a temporary <br />nature, may authorize ninety (90) days sick leave. <br />16
