ARTICLE XIV <br />BEREAVEMENT LEAVE <br />All full-time employees shall be granted Bereavement Leave according to the following <br />schedule, to wit: <br />14.1 Upon the death of an immediate family member, other than spouse, three (3) <br />days; and <br />14.2 Upon the death of a spouse, or a child of the immediate family, five (5) days. <br />14.3 For the purposes of this Article, immediate family shall mean: parents; parents <br />of spouse; brother; sister; brother of spouse; sister of spouse; grandparent; grandchild; as <br />well as relatives living in the employee's home. <br />14.4 Bereavement leave shall be exclusive of sick time or any other accumulated time. <br />ARTICLE XV <br />GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE <br />15.1 The term "grievance" shall mean an allegation by bargaining unit employee that <br />there has been a breach, misinterpretation, or improper application of this agreement. <br />15.2 A grievance may be filed by any member of the bargaining unit. Where a group <br />of bargaining unit members desire to file a grievance involving a situation affecting more <br />than one member of the bargaining unit in a similar manner, one member selected by <br />such a group shall process the grievance. Such grievance shall be defined as a group <br />?.?. <br />grievance. The names of each member, on behalf of which the grievance is filed, shall <br />19 <br />
