Any of the above, with the exception of the School Guards and <br />Auxiliary Police, shall while on duty as Plain Clothes Detectives be paid additional <br />compensation at the rate of $300.00 annually for all time spent as Plain Clothes <br />Detectives or as Juvenile Officers. <br />B. That all full time employees of the Police Department having <br />completed five (5) years of full time continuous service, as employees of said <br />department, shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter <br />until completion of the tenth (10) year of full time continuous service, after which <br />such employee shall receive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until the <br />completion of their fifteenth (15) year of full time continuous service, and there- <br />after 5% of their base annual salary until after the completion of the twentieth (20) <br />year of full time continuous service, and during each year of full time service there- <br />after they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />C, In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments <br />of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time <br />service, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments <br />and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other <br />benefits which may be due them for part-time service as employees in the Safety <br />Department. <br />D, The secretarial and clerical help of the Police Department of the <br />City of North Olmsted shall receive as a longevity increment, the sum of $25.00. <br />This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly <br />salary paid to said secretary or clerical help, at the rate of X25.00 for each and <br />every year said secretary or clerical help has been continually employed by the City <br />of North Olmsted, and said sum shall be paid on each anniversary date of employe,. <br />E. In addition to the regular base salary, plus increments and <br />other wage increases, all regular employees of the Police Department, including <br />officers, shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year of <br />their appointment receive $300.00 clothing allowance, and shall during each calendar <br />year thereafter receive a clothing allowance of $300.00 to be determined and disbursed <br />by and with the approval of the Police Chief of the Department. <br />F, The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate <br />towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual <br />Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53 YK and 57 ZK, for ail secretarial <br />and clerical employees of the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single <br />persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time police employees <br /> <br />
