Any of the above, with the exception of the School Guards and <br />Auxiliary police, shall while on duty as plain Clothes Detectives be paid additional <br />compensation at the rate of $300.00 annually for all time spent as plain Clothers <br />Detectives or as juvenile Officers. <br />B. That all full time employees of the Police Department having completes <br />five (5) years of full time continuous. service, as employees of said department, shall <br />be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of the <br />tenth (10) year of full time continuous service, after wh#ch such employee shall re- <br />ceive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of their fifteenth <br />( 15) year of full time continuous service, and thereafter 5% of their base annual <br />salary until after the completion of the twentieth (20) year of full time continuous <br />service, and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 6% <br />of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />C. Tn computing length of service for the purpose of making payments <br />of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time <br />services, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments <br />and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other <br />benefits which may be due them for part-time service as employees in the Safety <br />Deaprtment . <br />D. The Secretarial and Clerical help of thePolice Department of the <br />City of North Olmsted shall receive as a longevity increment, the sum of $25.00. <br />This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly <br />salary paid to said secretary or clerical help and shall be at the rate of $25.00 for <br />each and every year said secretary or clerical help has beet continually employed <br />by the City of North Olmsted. <br />E. In addition to the regular base salary ,plus increments and other <br />wage increases, all regular employees of the police Department, including officers, <br />shall on their original appointment and during the first calender year of their appoint- <br />ment receive $300.00 clothing allowance, and shall during each gender year there- <br />a~ter ree~ive a clothing allowance of $00.00 to be determined and disbursed by .and <br />with the approval of the Police Chief of the Department. <br />F. The City of North O1mst+Etd shall contribute a single persons rate <br />towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual <br />Hospitalisation Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 5%ZK, for all secretarial <br />and clerical employees at the police Department of the City of North Olmsted. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single <br />person rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full fiime employees of the <br />~~~. <br />
