1 <br />~. <br /> <br />' CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 71-,J~ PAGE 2 <br />Section 3. That Walter Klee, the Income Tax Administrator of the City <br />of North Olmsted and W.L. Gerlach, the Ffnance Director of the City of North <br />Olmsted are hereby approved as delegate and alternate respectively of this City <br />to the Regional Council of Governments, and they are hereby directed to report <br />to this Council and keep it informed as to the programs, functions and activities <br />of the Regional Council of Governments, as they may affect or be of interest to <br />this City and its inhabitants. <br />Section 4. That the Clerk of C ouncil be and she is hereby directed to <br />deliver a certified copy of this Ordinance to the President of the Cuyahoga County <br />Mayors and City Managers Association to be subsequently delivered by him to the <br />elected secretary of the Regional Council of Governments or other officer designated <br />by it . <br />Section 5. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reason stated in the preamble hereof and for the reason that early <br />membership in the Council of G®vernments will permit participation in the <br />formulation of programs for the solution of areawide problems ,including the <br />establishment of the Municipal Tax Collection Agency. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />~ . <br />Nora T.
