Dispatcher (civilian part-time) $ 3.00 Per Hour which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance semi-monthly. A. Any of the above, with the exception of the School Guards and Auxilary Police, shall while on duty as Plain Clothes Detectives be paid additfonal compensation at the rate of $300.00 annually for all time spent as Plain Clothes Detectives or as Juvenile Officers. B. That all full time employees of the Police Department having completed five (5) years of full time cc~tinuous service, as employees of said department, shall be paid an additional 3°~ of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of the tenth (10) year of full time continuous service, after which such employee shall re- ceive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of their fifteenth ( 15) year of full time continuous service, and thereafter 5% of their base annual salary until after the completion of the twentieth (20) year of full time continuous service, and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. C. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time services, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due them for part-time service as employees in the Safety Department. D. The Secretarial and Clerical help of the ,Police Department of the City of North Olmsted shall receive as a longevity increment, the sum of $25.00. This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary pad~d to -said secretary or clerical help and shall be at the rate of $25..00 for each and every year said secretary or clerical help has been continually employed by the City of North Olmsted. E. In addition to the regular base salary, plus increments and other wage increases, all regular employees of the Police Department, including officers, shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year of their appoint- ment receive $300.00 clothing al~wance, and shall during each calendar year there- after receive a clothing allowance of $300.00 to be determined and disbursed by and with the approval of the Police Chief of the Department. F. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons gate towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53,YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the
