<br />-18- <br />Call-In Pay <br />~< <br />58. An employee who is called in to work at a time when he is not regu- <br />lady scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours <br />of work or two (2) hours pay. <br />New and Changed lobs <br />59. If substantial changes occur in the method of operations, tools or <br />equipment of a fob or if a new Sob is established within the general <br />scope of the work performed by members of this unit, the City <br />shall establish and describe the content of the fob and it shall <br />establish a pay structure for that fob. The content of the fob <br />and the pay structure shall then be reviewed with the Union. If <br />the Union is not in agreement with the rate of pay for the fob it <br />can file a grievance at Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure within <br />thirty days following the termination of discussions concerning <br />the .rate of pay. <br />Hospitalization <br />60. The City shall continue to contribute toward the hospital-surgical <br />insurance premium of active regular full-time employees by paying <br />monthly an amount equal to the then current single employee's prem- <br />ium and, in the case of an employee with family coverage, an addi- <br />tional amount equal to the cost of family coverage in effect on <br />July 19, 1973. The employee will bear the cost of any subsequent <br />increase in the premium for family coverage. <br />JurZr Duty <br />bl. An employee called for fury duty shall be granted a leave of absence <br />for the period of fury service and will be compensated for the dif- <br />ference between his regular pay and fury pay for absences necessar- <br />ily caused by the fury duty. <br />
