Per Hour A. Any of the above, with the exception of the School Guards and Auxiliary Folice, shall while onduty as Plainclothes Detective be paid additional compensation at the rate of $300.00 annually for all time spent as Plain Clothes Detectives or as Juvenile Officers. B. That all full time employees of the Police Department halving completed five (5) years of full time continuous service, as employees of said department, shall be paid an additional 3°,6 of their base ann~sl salary, thereafter until completion of the tenth { 10) year of full time continuous service, after which such employee shall receive 4R~ of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of their fifteenth (15) year of full time continuous service, and there- after 5% of their base annual salary until after the completion of the twentieth (20 ) year of full time continuous service, and during each year of full time service there- after they shall receive 6°~ of their base annual salary as longevity increments. C. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be give fir .part-time service, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for pact-time service shall not deprive any employee of aRy other benefits which may be due them for pact-time service as employees in the Safety Department. D. The secretarial and clerical help of the Pope Department of the C+btly of North Olmsted shall receive as a longevity increment, the sum of $25.00. This longevity increment shall he payable over and above any annu;€~1 salary or hourly salary paid; said secretary or clerical help , at the rate of $25.Ot? for each and every year. said secretary or clerical help has been continually employed by the City of North Olmsted, and said sum shall be paid on each anniversary date of employment. E. In addition to the regular base salary, plus increments and other wage increases, all regular employees of the Police Department, including officers, shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year thereafter receive a clothing allowance of $300.00 to be determined and disbursed by and with the approval of the Police Chief of the Department. F. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's rate with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalisation Plans or with the Kaiser Community Health .Foundation Plan for alI secretarial and clerlcal employees of the North Olmsted Police Department.
