.. ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE IVO. 69-Z/O PAGE 12 <br />1206.06 Parkinq <br />Parking shall be provided according to the following <br />schedule : <br />Efficiency and one ( 1) Bedroom 1 1/2 parking spaces <br />Two ( 2) Bedroom 1 3/4 parking spaces <br />Three ( 3) Bedroom 2 1/2 parkinq spaces <br />a. For garden-type apartments, one-half ( 1/2 ) of the required <br />number of spaces shall be enclosed. <br />b. For medium-rise apartments, one-third ( 1/3 ) of the required <br />number of spaces shall be enclosed either underground or <br />wholly enclosed within the exterior walls of the building. <br />c. For office buildings, one ( 1) space every one hundred <br />fifty ( 150 ) square feet of floor area. <br />1206.07 Densitv - Multifamily <br />When the tract is used for multifamily use, the dwelling <br />unit density of the tract shall be determined according to <br />the following schedule : <br />a. The density of the tract shall not exceed twenty-five ( 25 ) <br />dwelling units per acre - a combination of garden-type and <br />medium - rise apartments. <br />b. The density of the garden apartments shall not exceed <br />sixteen ( 16 ) fwelling units per acre. ? <br />4 <br />1206.08 Minimum Dwellinq Unit Area <br />The minimum dwelling unit area shall be as required in <br />Section 1205.09. <br />1206.09 Heiqht Limitations <br />The height of a building shall be controlled by the side <br />yard requirements from Section 1206.05 with a maximum <br />of thirty-five ( 35 ) feet or 2 1/2 stories for garden-type <br />and seventy ( 70 ) feet or seven ( 7) stories for a medium- <br />rise apartment or office building. Appurtenances referred <br />to in Section 1155.04 may extend to an additional height <br />not to exceed ten ( 10 ) feet. <br />1206.10 Accessory Uses <br />Accessory uses shall be permitted subject to the limitations <br />of Section 1151.04.
