Such illumination shall be so <br />designed and located that light sources are shielded from <br />adjoining residential buildings and districts and streets, <br />and shall not be of excessive brightness or cause a glare <br />to pedestrians or d_rivers, and limited to not more than <br />twelve ( 12 ) feet in height. <br />1206.13 Fire Access <br />No obstruction or parking shall be permitted within an area <br />of fifteen ( 15 ) feet encircling a building, the outer limits of <br />which should be preferably at a distance of thirty ( 30 ) feet <br />to accommodate hook and ladder apparatus. Driveways and <br />other temporary uses shall be permitted in this area. <br />1206.14 Underqround Utilities <br />Electric and telephone service wires shall be underground <br />between point of service and building. <br />1206.15 Sians <br />Siqns as permitted in Chapters 1221, 1223, 1225, 1227, <br />and 1229 limited for residence districts and office uses, shall <br />be permitted in these classes. <br />1206.16 Recreation Space For Multifamilv Uses <br />a. A space shall be set aside for active or passive recreation <br />according to the nature of the development. Plans for use <br />of this space shall be approved by the Planning Commission.
