A program for the construction of such recreation areas <br />shall be approved as part of the original developments <br />and such program shall be followed concurrent with <br />construction of the building. <br />1206.17 Public Street And Communitv Facilities <br />a. In order to provide for convenience of access, to reduce <br />or prevent congestion in thepublic streets, to expedite <br />theprovision of adequate transportation facilities, and <br />to protect against danger and congestion in travel and <br />transportation, the applicant's tract shall include at <br />least one. point of access to a four-lane arterial street, <br />or he must provide information concerning his plans for <br />providing such access. All developments shall front on <br />a dedicated street. <br />b. In order to protect against undue density of population <br />in relation to community facilities, existing and avail- <br />able, and to expedite the provisions of adequate water <br />and sanitary and storm sewerage, the applicant's traat <br />shall have sanitary and storm sewers and water im- <br />mediately available to it, or he must provide to the <br />Planning Commission, Council and City Engineer, <br />information concerning his plans for providing sewer <br />and water facilities to the tract. Such sewer and water <br />facilities shall have sufficient capacity to serve the <br />site without endangering the system's capacity to meet <br />commitments elsewhere. <br />Section 14. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1212.02 ( Sub-Paragraph C) entitled "Schedule of Required Parking, " now <br />reading as follows: <br />1212.02 Schedule Of Reauired Parkincr <br />( C) " Multi-Family dwellings 1 1/2 spaces per dwelling unit. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1212.02 Schedule Of Reauired Parkina <br />( C) Multifamily dwellings according to the following schedule : <br />Efficiency and one ( 1)Bedroom Units 1 1/2 spaces <br />per unit <br />Two ( 2) Bedroom Units 1 3/4 spaces <br />per unit <br />Three ( 3) Bedroom Units 2 1/2 spaces <br />per unit. <br />Section 15. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1215. 01 entitled " Approval of Plans," now reading as follows: <br />1215.01 Approval Of Plans <br />" Detailed drawing of off-street parking and,loading facilities <br />shall be submitted for approval to the Building Official
