A regular full-time employee who <br />.w <br />has completed his probationary period and who has exhausted <br />?. <br />? his paid sick leave shall be granted a leave of absence with- <br />? out pay for a period not to exceed six (6) months for a <br /> continuing disability which is substantiated by credible <br />? medical evidence. If the illness or disability continues <br />.. <br />be}-ond six (6) months, additional sick leave may be granted <br />?. <br />? <br />by the City upon request. The employee shall be required to <br />.. submit proof acceptable to the City of his ability to perform <br /> the work of his job upon the termination of the sick leave. <br />? An}- dispute as to the ability of an employee to perform the <br />.. <br />work of the job shall be determined pursuant to the medical <br />?. <br /> examination procedure in Paragraph 38(c). <br />? <br />36. Union Leave.
