An employee shall be informed of any complaints _r?ade <br />about his performance and shall b2 giber. the opportunity to meet Y;ith the <br />Opel-ations Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor, depending on classification, <br />to discuss said complaints. The employee shall have the right to have a <br />representativz of the NOTEA present when such corgiplaints are discussed. <br />Section 15.06. An e:?,pioye~ si:ali be notified F~hen garnishment <br />orders are received by the Employer. Such notification shall be given <br />as soon as reasonably possible. <br />Section 15.07. Progressive discipline shall be applied as follows <br />for normal disciplinary problems: <br />First Violation <br />Second Violation <br />Third Violation <br />Fourth Violation <br />Fifth Violation <br />Sixth Violation <br />Oral Warning #1 <br />Oral Warning #2 <br />Written Reprimand <br />One Day Suspension <br />Triree Day Suspension <br />Termination <br />Management reserves the right to waive the above progressive disciplinary <br />action called for, based on the lac}: of seriousness of the offense, upon <br />investigation. <br />Section 15.08. Major offenses, as set forth in the Rules and <br />Regulations, :nay result ir. immediate termination. <br />Section 15.09. Progressive discipline for Chargeable Accidents, <br />within an eighteen (18} rr:onth period, shall be applied as follows: <br />First Chargeable Warning Letter <br />Second Ci`Iargeabl~ One (1} to Five (5) Day Suspension <br />With Possible Retraining <br />Third Chargeable Thirty (30) Day Suspension or Discharge <br />Fourth Chargeable Discharge <br />I~lanagel::eIlt reserves the right to ?dd1Ge the dbOV2 disciplinary action <br />called far, based on the degree of seriousness of the accident, upon investigation. <br />Section 15.10. The Elnplover shall provide to the IdOTEA a copy of <br />all written disciplinary actions against members of bargaining unit. <br />The IIOTEA will provide listing of all current members to the General <br />"tanager. A non-member employee's disciplinary action will only be <br />provided to r10TEA at the request of the non-member employee. <br />ARTICLE XVI <br />GRIE\%ANCE PROCEDURE <br />Section 16.Oi.
