Section 23.04. Any employee hired on or after the effective <br />date of this agreement who has prior full-time service with a public <br />employer in the State of Ohio, may be credited with such prior service <br />time toward his vacation allowance with the Employer, up to a maximum <br />of three (3) years. The employee -gust provide written certification <br />to claim this prior service credit. <br />ARTICLE XXIV <br />HEALTH INSURANCE <br />Section 24.01. The Employer shall provide either individual <br />or family medical insurance coverage, at the employees option for each <br />full-time employee. Effective August 1, 1989, the Employer shall pay <br />a maximum of $345.67 toward the monthly health premium including <br />riders (dental, vision, drugs). The Employer shall have the option <br />of seeking alternate health insurance providers and will attempt to <br />continue to offer at least two different plans. <br />Section 24.02. Two (2) Floating Holidays <br />* Note: Effective January 1, 1990 and therafter. <br />One {1) floating used by June 30, each calender year, or paid therafter. <br />One (1) floating used between July 1 and by December 31, each calender <br />year, or paid therafter. <br />If any full-time employee is required to work on any of the following <br />eight (8} holidays; ttew Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor <br />Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or the days and employee observes his <br />Birthday or Employment Anniversary Day, then the employee shall be paid time <br />16 <br />
