Section 2. Any sub-contracting of work shall not result in <br />a layoff for a period of 1 year, after the date of the sub- <br />contract. <br />ARTICLE 27 - LONGEVITY PAY <br />Section 1: All full-time employees hired after January 1, <br />1987 shall receive longevity pay as additional compensation to <br />their annual salary as follows: <br />$250 After employee completes five (5) years; <br />$500 After employee completes ten (10) years; <br />$750 After employee completes fifteen (15) years; <br />$1000 After employee completes twenty (20) years. <br />Section 2. All full-time employees hired prior to January <br />1, 1987 shall receive longevity pay as additional compensation <br />computed on annual salary as follows: <br />4$ after employee completes five years, <br />5$ after employee completes ten years, <br />6~ after employee completes fifteen years, <br />7~ after employee completes twenty years. <br />ARTICLE 28 - AFSCME CARE PLAN <br />Section 1: The City shall continue to participate in the <br />American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, <br />Care Plan for all..non-probationary employees in the bargaining <br />unit represented by the Union. The City's obligation shall be <br />limited to making contributions at the rate of thirty-one dollars <br />($31.00) retroactive to July 19, 1989 for each regular full-time <br />employee in the bargaining unit (per month) through July 18, <br />1992. <br />- 29 - <br />
