B-2 <br />POSITION TITLE: CLERK ' <br />RESPONSIBLE TO: SECRETARY <br />Minimum ualifications: <br />High school background in all phases of clerical work to include <br />typing. Ability to maintain a wide variety of statistics from <br />all ,areas of operation in the Department. Understanding of <br />appropriate records; their needs and implementation. <br />Duties <br />Maintain and prepare general records as required by assigned <br />department. <br />Maintains a library or files of information for each category of <br />service within her/his assigned department. <br />Fill out and review daily reports for department and keep monthly <br />recap sheets current. <br />Prepare and type reports and other basic communications pertinent <br />to assigned section and/or department. <br />Relieve Receptionist when required. <br />Relieve Secretary when required. <br />Maintain files in an orderly manner. <br />Other duties as assigned. <br />- 46 - <br />
