and place of all alleged events or conditions constituting the <br />grievance; the identity of the party alleged to have caused the <br />grievance, if known to the aggrieved party; and a general <br />explanation of the grievance. <br />b. Except at Step 1, all decisions made upon any grievance <br />shall be rendered in writing at each step of the Grievance <br />Procedure, with copies to the aggrieved party and any <br />representative. <br />c. If a grievance concerns more than one (1) employee, it <br />shall initially be submitted at Step 3. <br />d. All matters concerning the filing of grievances shall be <br />conducted during non-working hours, unless otherwise authorized by <br />~~. - the Employer . _ ... . <br />e. Any employee having a grievance may discuss the matter <br />informally with the appropriate superior officer and have the same <br />.~. <br />informally adjusted without the intervention of~the Union, <br />provided. however, that the adjustment is acceptable to the <br />employee. In the event that a grievance is adjusted without <br />formal determination, such adjustment shall not be deemed to --_ <br />create a binding precedent for future proceedings on other similar <br />matters. <br />f. This Grievance Procedure does not require an employee to <br />pursue the remedies herein provided, and does not impair or limit <br />1. <br />the right of an employee to pursue arty other remedies available <br />under law.
